Can we live in our home during the renovation?
In many cases, yes. We take great care to minimise disruption, sectioning off work areas, maintaining dust control, and keeping the site clean and safe. For major structural work, some temporary accommodation may be recommended, which we'll discuss upfront.
Do you manage council consent?
Yes, we handle the entire consent process on your behalf. As Licensed Building Practitioners, we understand Auckland Council requirements thoroughly and manage all paperwork, inspections and compliance from start to finish.
How much does a North Shore renovation cost?
Every home and every scope is different, so we prepare a clear, itemised proposal based on your chosen scope, materials and finishes before we start. You'll know the numbers before any work begins.
How long will my renovation take?
Every project is unique, but as a guide: bathroom renovations typically take 3 to 4 weeks, kitchen renovations 4 to 6 weeks, and full home renovations 8 to 16 weeks depending on scope. During your consultation we provide a detailed timeline specific to your project.
Can you renovate an older North Shore home?
